Lichel Technologies, Inc. (LTI), a Filipino-owned company, was established in response to the increasing pollution and degradation of the environment and the heightened awareness and concern for the sustainable development of the country's natural resources. The company is envisioned to grow into an industry-recognized environmental management consultancy firm providing technical and professional services to various private and government agencies and institutions.

LTI is engaged in various consultancy services to industry and government agencies and institutions, offering planning including the conduct of feasibility studies, the environmental aspect of the engineering design and construction supervision; and preparation of Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to secure Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC); the conduct of evaluation, trainings and workshops on Environmental Management Systems (EMS); and environmental management support to public and private clients for water resources; natural systems management; pollution control and hazardous waste management and monitoring; company performance and compliance as well as project performance and the conduct of audit. It also provides a variety of applied earth sciences consulting services in the areas of waste management and remediation, environmental management and pollution control.

LTI provides additional technical support to ensure the delivery of quality service to its clients. LTI key personnel and consultants have extensive experience in project planning and management, environmental and resource assessment and management, protected area planning and management, land use studies, financial and economic planning, social analysis, and institutional development in the Philippines. The Company, with its pool of in-house and regular on-call consultants, is comprised of a group of technical specialists, fully supported by prominent experts, with wide-ranging fields of specialization and experiences drawn from the private and public sector and academic institutions in the Philippines.

Aside from the government, LTI has professional relationships with other sectors including property development, mining and mineral processing, oil and gas, manufacturing, natural resources management, energy and power, water and waste utilities, transportation, and telecommunications. The firm has maintained regular liaison and interaction opportunities with clients during and even after the completion of the required services.
